Distribution of ranks in Teamfight Tactics (TFT)

Teamfight Tactics is a strategic game in which your goal is to collect the strongest team to defeat all other players in battles based on rounds. As in all games related to the strategy, there is a ranking system in which players with the same level of skills confront each other. That's all you need to know about the rating game in TFT.

Distribution of TFT ranks

titles

  • As in League of Legends (on which the game TFT is based), there are nine levels: iron, bronze, silver, gold, platinum, master, grandmaster, contender.
  • Usually the game is trying to choose for you players with the same rank (that is, silver players coincide with other silver players), but this is not a guarantee. Here are the ranks with which you can be compared, depending on what the rank you have. iron: * iron, bronze, silver, gold bronze: iron, bronze, silver, gold silver: iron, bronze, silver, gold Gold: * iron, bronze, silver, gold, platinum Platinum: gold, platinum, diamond Diamond: Platinum, diamond, master, grandmaster, applicant Master: * Diamond, master, grandmaster, contender grandmaster: diamond, master, grandmaster, contender Challenger: Diamond, master, grandmaster, applicant
  • You can join the rating match as part of the group. If everyone in your group has Gold status or lower, you can unite in groups of five people. If not, you can only join groups of three people.

Seasons TFT

Round causes in TFT usually last for about four months *. This is much shorter than the annual seasons League of Legend. * Every season usually brings new characters, classes and origin. Sometimes it will bring new game mechanics. This retains the relevance of the rating system and requires adapting players to new strategies if they want to take a place in any season. * Since every season is very different from the previous one, the game will change your rank at the beginning of each season. They will take your rank at the end of the previous season and averages it with the average rank of all players to determine what rank you should start in the new season.

p Rise in tft

  • If you have not played in the ranking before, you will start on Iron II after the first match. Then you will pass five preliminary rating matches based on this rank before you receive an official starting rank.
  • The only way to rise in the game is to play matches and take as higher places as possible. If you have taken a fairly high place in the match, you will be accrued with LP (league glasses) that will affect your rank and level.
  • Each level consists of four divisions, which are indicated by numbers I, II, III and IV, and IV is the highest. Every time you earn 100 LP for matches, you go to the next division. If you rise from the IV division at your level, you will go to the next level in the first division.
  • Players receive LP only if they take fourth place or higher in the rating match. If they take fifth place or lower, instead they lose LP.

Rating down

  • At the Master level and above you can lose the title of division if you do not play. You can add up to 10 of your previous games to the bank to apply them to your rank, but one match is removed from your bank every day. If you do not have a reserved match for its loss, instead you will lose 250 LP. This means that if you do not play a match for at least 10 days, you will begin to fall in the ranking. The lowest level that you can pass using this method is the master of division I-you cannot be lowered to the rank of gold.

My * LP loss in the match is not tolerated between the ranks when decreased. You can decrease from your division or level only if you sank below the fourth place in the match when you do not have LP.
