A new MMORPG started on Steam this week
A week from the 22nd to the 28th of November, Immortal Online 2 appeared on Steam. We also wrote much news about Wow, New World and other MMORPGs. We have collected you in this weekly review for you.
What was the highlight of the week?
With Mortal Online 2, a new MMORPG in the Early Access on Steam has appeared. It depends on fans of PVP and hardcore content. On Steam, there have been 73% positive reviews so far. Mango editor Alexander Latch has already played it for you: I have been playing MMORPGs for 15 years: in no one I died as often as in Mortal Online 2.
The extension of the week: In New World it came to a rollback because some players had received too much gold. After the rollback there was another problem, because some players now miss items, but they should get back later.
The discussion of the week: is New World still to save? We from Mango look back and discuss the first 2 months in the latest podcast and discuss what the game needs in the future:
Few players at Wow, big rework at Black Desert
That happened to the big MMORPGs:
A YouTuber calculates how few players Wow Shadow lands still has 1 year after the release. On the other hand, WoW Classic has just experienced a little hype because the championship season has brought some useful changes. Final Fantasy XIV End walker starts for pre-order already next week. We have therefore collected useful settings for end walkers and adapted to our entry-level guide for FFI. Black Desert brings 2021 a great revision of a total of 17 classes. New World has only got a small patch this week. However, the Streamer Shroud praise for the MMORPG, and he explains why some have a fun of it. In Guild Wars 2, the next beta event was announced for the elite specializations. From 30 November to 4 December you can test all 9 classes (VIA GW2). In addition, the new siege turtle was presented (via GW2).
That happened to the small MMORPGs:
We from Mango have played Blade & Soul 2021 intensively and betrayed whether the entry is worthwhile. Legends of idle on is one of the most successful MMORPGs on Steam. We presented it more in more detail. In RuneScape, there are just anniversary hats, of which the players expect they will take a lot of money. Albion Online has released the new patch Lands Awakened with a revision of the Open World (Via Albion online). Swords of Legends Online has released the new RAID STARWOOD GARDEN (VIA GEORGE).
This happened in the MMORPGs in development:
The Sandbox game Profane has new details about the weather system, and how this should influence the fights, reveal (via Twitter).
